Through the online service ComChamp, privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed. SalesChamp B.V. (trading as ComChamp), registered under Chamber of Commerce number 61706108, considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.
In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means, among other things, that we:
- clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement;
- limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;
- first ask you for explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;
- take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and also require this from parties that process personal data on our behalf;
- respect your right to inspect, correct, or delete your personal data upon your request.
SalesChamp B.V. (ComChamp) is responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We recommend that you read this carefully.

Use of personal data
By using our service, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data. We only store and use personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you requested, or where it is clear upon submission that it is being provided to us for processing.
We use the following data for the purposes stated in this privacy statement:
- Name and address details
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Email address
- Payment details
- Gender
- Date of birth
- IP address
Purposes
ComChamp collects your personal data for the following purposes:
a. Registration
For certain parts of our service, you must first register. After registration, we store the personal data you provided via your chosen username. We store this data so that you do not have to enter it every time, so that we can contact you regarding the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.
We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you enter into with us or if this is legally required. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of our website, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
b. Portal access
With our portal, you can access a management environment where you can set, enter, and modify things yourself.
c. Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for processing it.
d. Contact form
If you fill out a contact form on the website or send us an email, the data you send us will be stored for as long as necessary by the nature of the form or the content of your email for the complete answering and handling thereof.
Disclosure to third parties
Your data will explicitly not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for proper handling of your order.
Sub-processors
To provide the ComChamp service, we engage the following sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to GDPR-compliant handling of personal data and acts only on our documented instructions.
- Vercel Inc. — Hosting of the comchamp.com website (EU region).
- Twilio SendGrid Inc. — Delivery of transactional email (lead form submissions, application confirmations).
- Google Cloud EMEA Ltd. — Platform infrastructure for the ComChamp product; data resides in the European Union (see Cloud Service Agreement §3.2).
- Anthropic PBC — AI-assisted interpretation, invoked only under section 11.6 of the Cloud Service Agreement and only at the joint request of both parties.
We will update this list when we add, replace, or remove a sub-processor. Material changes will be communicated through the channels set out in your service agreement.
Data received from Google APIs
When you connect a Google account to ComChamp (for example to sync Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Sheets, or Drive), ComChamp accesses only the data needed for the features you have explicitly enabled. ComChamp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we do not sell this data, we do not use it to serve advertising, we do not allow humans to read it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except (a) as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the ComChamp interface and only with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the acquiring party to honour this policy.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, such as a session cookie and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. If we add analytics in the future we will name the provider here and honour the preference signals required by applicable law.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password;
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data;
- We keep logs of all requests for personal data;
- We maintain statistics on our website, but this is always done anonymously.
Personal data is stored on secure servers. We do not store data longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned above or to comply with legal (retention) obligations. Data may - anonymized - be stored longer for statistical purposes.
Third-party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to this website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend reading the privacy statement of these websites before using them.
Right to correction, inspection, deletion, objection, and data portability
You can at any time and without cost gain insight into your data processed by ComChamp and adjust or have your data deleted if desired. If you wish, you can also receive your contact, address, and bank details from us in a machine-readable format, for example because you want to pass them on to another organization. For this, you can contact ComChamp via hello@comchamp.nl.
You can also object to receiving targeted information about our services that we offer you by email or phone. If you do not appreciate receiving information about our products or services, you can let us know via the email address hello@comchamp.nl.
You may also ask us to delete your data from the database. Please realize that we may not always be able to comply with this. For example, the tax authorities require us to keep agreements for 7 years. Also, if you ask us not to contact you with marketing, we must remember your name to exclude you from our future campaigns. If we cannot comply with your request, you will of course hear from us the reason for this.
Intellectual property rights
All rights (including copyrights, trademark rights, and any other intellectual property rights) to the information presented on this website/internet services (including texts, logos, illustrations, and photos) are owned by SalesChamp B.V. or are included with the permission of the respective owner. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, forward, distribute, publish, or make available for a fee to third parties the material on this website/internet services without our express permission.
Data breach notification requirement
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), organisations must report personal data breaches to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) without undue delay, and where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Have you discovered a (possible) data breach? Report this to ComChamp as soon as possible via hello@comchamp.nl. Include in this email your name, your organisation (if applicable), your phone number, and a brief description of the (possible) data breach.
